A pre-application conference is an informal preliminary discussion held between city staff and an applicant who has a new project or development concept they will be seeking an approval for in the near future. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the processes, including application submittal requirements, and the approvals that will be required.

  • Pre-Application Conference Submittals

    In requesting a pre-application conference, the applicant shall submit the following information:

    1. A drawing showing property for which annexation is sought.  If more than one zoning district will be sought with annexation, identify the proposed boundaries of the different zoning districts.
    2. A written description of the nature and type of development that is proposed and the zoning that will be sought.
    3. A written legal description of the property sought for annexation.
    4. A written description of public services that are currently available or are available to be extended to the property.
